Enrollment confirms your acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions:
The student agrees to abide by the Terms and Conditions outlined below:
1. The Institute reserves the right to modify the schedule, trainer, location, or delivery method due to operational reasons, including low enrollment, instructor unavailability, holidays, or force majeure events.
2. The course must be started and completed within five (5) months of registration. A late fee of AED 200 per month will apply after this period, and no refund will be provided.
3. All dues must be paid by the specified date. A late fee of AED 100 per month will apply for overdue payments. The Institute may withhold training until outstanding balances are cleared.
4. Class schedules are designed to accommodate all students; students must adhere to the assigned schedule and designated trainer.
5. Students must inform the Institute at least 24 hours in advance with a valid reason if they are unable to attend a scheduled class or practical; otherwise, the absence will be marked and counted.
6. The course fee includes marketing, administration, sales, training, government taxes, KHDA, stationery, ingredients, examination, and lab maintenance charges, and is strictly non-refundable.
7. The student agrees that fees paid are strictly non-refundable as outlined in Clause 6, and therefore no refund requests will be raised or considered in accordance with the Institute’s policy.
8. To receive a KHDA certificate, students must complete all course modules and clear all outstanding fees. Any changes in course title or delivery mandated by authorities will apply to all students.
9. Students must not spread false information about the course, staff, or Institute. Any concerns must be addressed with the Admissions Officer.
10. Students must strictly follow trainer instructions and lab policy; violations may result in cancellation of registration without refund.
11. Students must maintain respectful behavior toward classmates, staff, and trainers. The Institute reserves the right to take disciplinary action for misconduct, including cancellation of registration.
12. Each branch of Iconic operates independently. Students must complete training, clear dues, and collect certificates from the same registered branch.
