Enrollment confirms your acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions:

  1. Iconic Training Institute reserves the right to adjust the location, schedule, instructor, or delivery method of an event or training due to reasons such as low enrollment, instructor unavailability, public holidays, seasonal festivals, or force majeure events. Students will be promptly notified of any changes and provided with alternative options.
  2. Class schedules are designed to accommodate all students; therefore, students are required to adhere to the assigned class schedule and designated trainer.
  3. The course must be started and completed within five (5) months of registration. A late fee of AED 200 per month will apply after this period, and no refund will be provided.
  4. All dues must be settled by the specified date; a late fee of AED 100 /month will apply for overdue payments. The Institute reserves the right to withhold training and cancel registration until all outstanding balances are cleared.
  5. Students must notify the Institute 24 hours in advance with a valid reason if they cannot attend a scheduled class. Otherwise, the absence will be recorded, and class hours will be counted.
  6. The paid amount is strictly non-refundable, and no refund requests will be entertained under any circumstances.
  7. To receive a KHDA certificate, students must complete all course modules and settle the balance fee. Any changes in course title or delivery mandated by the Ministry will apply to all registered students.
  8. Students should avoid sharing or spreading false or incomplete information about the course, staff, or the Institute. Any concerns must be discussed with the respective Admissions Officer for resolution.
  9. Students must strictly follow the trainer’s and lab instructions and comply with all Institute policies. Any violation may lead to cancellation of registration without any refund.
  10. Students are expected to maintain respectful behavior toward classmates, staff, and trainers. The Institute reserves the right to cancel registration and take disciplinary action for any misconduct.

Terms and Conditions:

  1. Iconic Training Institute reserves the right to adjust event details, such as location, schedule, instructor, or delivery method, due to reasons like low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. Students will be promptly notified of any changes and offered suitable alternatives.
  2. Students must adhere to the assigned class schedule and trainer.
  3. Completion of the course within five months of registration is mandatory. Re-registration is required if the course is not initiated within this timeframe.
  4. Outstanding dues must be settled by the specified due date. Failure to do so may result in training withholding and registration cancellation. No course withdrawal requests will be accepted in such cases.
  5. Students must notify the institute at least 24 hours in advance if unable to attend a class, providing a valid reason. Failure to do so will result in marked absences.
  6. The paid amount is non-refundable. If your course withdrawal request is accepted, the paid amount will be credited to your student profile and can be redeemed by you or a referral for any course.
  7. To receive the KHDA course completion certificate, students must achieve a minimum score of 50% in the final exam. Certificate processing will be handled by the institute upon ministry approval. Any ministry-mandated changes will apply to registered students.
  8. Students must refrain from disseminating false or incomplete information about the course or the institute.
