  1. Iconic Training Institute reserves the right to adjust event details, such as location, schedule, instructor, or delivery method, due to reasons like low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. Students will be promptly notified of any changes and offered suitable alternatives.
  2. Students must adhere to the assigned class schedule and trainer.
  3. Completion of the course within five months of registration is mandatory. Re-registration is required if the course is not initiated within this timeframe.
  4. Outstanding dues must be settled by the specified due date. Failure to do so may result in training withholding and registration cancellation. No course withdrawal requests will be accepted in such cases.
  5. Students must notify the institute at least 24 hours in advance if unable to attend a class, providing a valid reason. Failure to do so will result in marked absences.
  6. The paid amount is non-refundable. If your course withdrawal request is accepted, the paid amount will be credited to your student profile and can be redeemed by you or a referral for any course.
  7. To receive the KHDA course completion certificate, students must achieve a minimum score of 50% in the final exam. Certificate processing will be handled by the institute upon ministry approval. Any ministry-mandated changes will apply to registered students.
  8. Students must refrain from disseminating false or incomplete information about the course or the institute.
